We give priority to our core customers and local producers. We are currently booking appointments only for our members, and only up to 6 months out. We will expand our schedule and open bookings to the public as soon as our operations processes are in place to support it.
A deposit of $25 is taken at the time of booking for each animal, credited against your final bill. The deposit is forfeited for all missed or cancelled bookings, which helps us to reduce contingent bookings and ensure our capacity can be fully utilized by those who need it most. We will work with customers to reschedule and adjust appointments as much as possible, the more notice the better.
Customers with booking appointments will be able to view and manage their appointments with an online schedule and downloadable phone app.
Our booking schedule is opened up to the public for retail bookings only after members have had an opportunity to schedule their animals.
